What I expect to happen in the conclusion of Inglourious Basterds is that the movie Shosanna and Marcel are planning on showing the German crowd will result in an "uprising"-sort of situation where people start randomly shooting at each other and one of the main characters gets wounded or killed. I also predict that Brad Pitt's character (along with the other soldier) will get to the theatre when the "uprising" is happening and will try to at least save a few people before the entire theatre goes down in flames. All in all, there has to be a character that dies or is so close to death that they're severely injured.
